Frequently asked questions

Is this managed FiveM hosting?

No. You get a self-managed vDedicated with full root access, and you install and run FXServer, txAdmin and your resources yourself. We keep the hardware, network and anti-DDoS running, and our engineers help with anything at the server or network level.

Which plan should I pick for FiveM?

VDS Lite suits most launched QBCore, Qbox or ESX servers. VDS Mini is a good development or staging box. Move to VDS Medium for heavy script stacks and lots of streamed assets. You can upgrade later from the client area.

Linux or Windows for FXServer?

Both work. FXServer ships Linux and Windows builds, and you choose the OS when the server is installed. Linux leaves more memory for the game; Windows is there if your tooling needs it.

Do I need a FiveM license key?

Yes. Every FXServer needs a license key, which you create for free at portal.cfx.re and set as sv_licenseKey (txAdmin asks for it during setup). Slot limits come from your Cfx.re account, not from Noctis.

Which ports does FiveM use?

30120 over TCP and UDP for the game, and 40120 over TCP for the txAdmin panel. Open both in your firewall; anti-DDoS on our network sits in front of them already.

Is DDoS protection included?

Yes. Layered anti-DDoS runs on our own network and is on by default for every plan, with nothing extra to buy.

Can I try it before paying?
