These Terms govern your use of the websites and services of PT Noctis Interactive Entertainment ("Noctis", "we", "us"), including Noctis Cloud, Noctis Roleplay, and Noctis Studio. By using our services you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide cloud hosting and Virtual Dedicated Servers, a FiveM roleplay game server, and digital marketing and web development services. Specific service features, pricing, and billing cycles are described at the point of order.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the services for illegal activity, abuse, or to attack others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our network.
- Game-server use is additionally governed by the in-community rules of Noctis Roleplay.
Billing & cancellation
Paid services are billed through billing.noctis.id on the cycle you select. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment details current. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the service.
Service levels
We target 99.9% service uptime and operate 24/7 monitoring, but services are provided "as is" without warranty beyond any specific service-level commitment agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Noctis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page.
