Noctis Cloud nodes run in a data center in Jakarta, Indonesia, with direct peering to local internet exchanges — low latency across Southeast Asia.
What hardware do you run?
Every vDedicated plan is powered by an AMD Ryzen (Zen 5) with DDR5 memory and fast NVMe storage. The same platform backs the entry plan and the largest one.
Do I get full root access?
Yes. Each vDedicated is KVM-virtualized with full root and a web console. Install any supported OS — Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky, AlmaLinux, or Windows.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Move up a plan from the client area as your workload grows; our team handles the migration with minimal downtime.
Is DDoS protection included?
Always. Layered anti-DDoS sits on our own network and is enabled by default on every plan — there is no add-on to buy.
How is billing handled?
Orders and invoices run through billing.noctis.id. Pick your billing cycle at checkout; login details for your server are emailed once it is provisioned.
Can I host FiveM, RedM, SA-MP, or Minecraft servers?
Yes. Noctis Cloud is well suited to game servers — FiveM and RedM roleplay, SA-MP, and Minecraft (Java or Bedrock) all run well. Full root on KVM lets you install txAdmin, the CitizenFX server, or any Minecraft jar yourself. AMD Ryzen single-thread performance and sub-10ms latency from our Jakarta network keep Indonesian players lag-free, and layered anti-DDoS is enabled by default.
What's the difference between a vDedicated and a VPS?
A vDedicated (Virtual Dedicated Server) reserves physical CPU cores and RAM for you alone, with no overselling — unlike a typical VPS where resources are shared across tenants and can be contended under load. You get dedicated-server predictability at VPS pricing, backed by AMD Ryzen cores, DDR5 memory, and NVMe storage.
What uptime can I expect?
We run to a 99.9% service uptime target, with 24/7 monitoring and engineer support. Nodes sit on our own network with layered anti-DDoS enabled by default, so availability does not depend on a third-party reseller.
Do you run your own network?
Yes. Noctis operates its own autonomous network (AS202118) from Jakarta — we are not a reseller. Direct peering to local internet exchanges keeps latency under 10ms to major Indonesian ISPs, and traffic mitigation runs on infrastructure we control. Each vDedicated connects on a 1 Gbps network port.
